Arthur was a very busy boy in his younger days. >w>; (though not as much as Spain who managed to spawn 90% of South, and central America.)
Since they're a bit 'younger' than Canada and the US, I figured that Australia and NZ might still retain the eyebrows... they're also twin brothers... I even researched military uniforms for them. 8D
